Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $10 applies.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days ($25 flat rate)

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has dispatched.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fitfix purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page with your order number. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided, and a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
